This policy applies specifically to “Capy Down,” developed and published by SunkeeperStudio (the “Game”).
The Game does not require an account. SunkeeperStudio does not actively collect or upload your name, email address, telephone number, contacts, precise location, photos, recordings, payment information, device identifiers, gameplay activity, or other personal data through the Game.
The Game stores your best-floor record and background-music preference locally on your device. This data is used only to preserve your progress and settings. SunkeeperStudio does not receive it and does not provide cloud accounts, cloud storage, or cross-device synchronization. Your operating system may include application data in a device backup under its own settings and policy. Clearing application data or uninstalling the Game may delete this local data.
The current version does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location. The Game does not include online gameplay and does not transmit gameplay or preference data to servers operated by SunkeeperStudio.
The current version does not integrate third-party advertising, usage analytics, crash reporting, social sign-in, or in-app purchases. The Game uses Flutter, Flame, and other open-source components that run as part of the application, but SunkeeperStudio does not use them to collect your personal data. Your operating system and the app store through which you obtain the Game may independently process necessary device, purchase, download, or diagnostic data under their own policies.
SunkeeperStudio does not sell, rent, or share personal data through the Game. Locally stored records and preferences remain on your device unless they are removed through the Game, system settings, or uninstallation, or are included in a backup managed by your operating system.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Game. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us at the address below.
You can reset or remove local data by clearing the Game's application data or uninstalling it, subject to your device's backup settings. For questions about this policy or data security, email sunkeeperstudiolab@gmail.com.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to lawfully download, install, and play the Game. Except where expressly permitted by law, you may not crack, cheat, reverse engineer, distribute modified versions, interfere with the Game, or violate the rights of others.
Unless otherwise stated, the Game's software, graphics, audio, text, names, and other content belong to SunkeeperStudio or its licensors.
The Game is provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee error-free operation or compatibility with every device, and we are not responsible for progress, records, preferences, or other local data lost because of device issues, clearing data, backups, or uninstallation.
We may update this policy when the Game's features, services, or applicable laws change. We will revise the last-updated date on this page.
