This policy applies specifically to the offline game Thunderbolt, developed and published by SunkeeperStudio (the “Game”).
The Game does not require an account. SunkeeperStudio does not actively collect or upload your name, email address, telephone number, contacts, location, photos, recordings, payment information, or other personal data through the Game.
The Game stores level progress, high scores, unlocked content, and settings such as sound or vibration preferences on your device. This data is not sent to servers operated by SunkeeperStudio. You can clear the Game's data through system settings or uninstall the Game; doing so may permanently delete your progress.
The Game does not request sensitive permissions such as camera, photos, microphone, contacts, or location. It has internet access to open this privacy policy, the developer website, or relevant store pages. Core gameplay works without an account.
The current version does not integrate third-party advertising, usage analytics, crash reporting, social sign-in, or in-app purchases. If you choose to open an external website or app store, that website, browser, or platform may process necessary network and device data under its own privacy policy.
SunkeeperStudio does not sell or rent your personal data. Because game data remains only on your device, you control how long it is retained. We do not disclose your data unless required by law, legal process, or a competent authority.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us at the address above.
You may clear local data, uninstall the Game, or manage permissions through system settings. For questions about this policy or data security, email sunkeeperstudiolab@gmail.com.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to lawfully download, install, and play the Game. Except where expressly permitted by law, you may not crack, cheat, reverse engineer, distribute modified versions, interfere with the Game, or violate the rights of others.
Unless otherwise stated, the Game's software, graphics, text, names, and other content belong to SunkeeperStudio or its licensors.
The Game is provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee error-free operation or compatibility with every device, and we are not responsible for local progress lost because of device failure, clearing data, or uninstallation.
We may update this policy when the Game's features, services, or applicable laws change. We will revise the last-updated date on this page.
